★ Research Interest

Optical, electrical and electrochemical interpretation of molecular recognition in the biosystem is a key factor for the development of next-generation devices such as sensors, electronics, and energy conversion-system etc.

Research in our group involves understanding and utilization of 'Chemistry' in the biosystem through nanobio-assembling techniques using nanoparticles, functional polymers, biomolecules and cells. In our laboratory, research is being carried out using various chemisty (Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Biochemistry, Polymerchemistry etc.) as a tool.

★ 研究について

センサ，エレクトロニクス，エネルギー変換など，次世代デバイスを開発するためには，自然生物系における分子認識を光学的，電気的および電気化学的に解釈することがとても重要です。

私たちのグループでは，ナノ粒子，機能性ポリマーや生体分子，細胞を用いたナノバイオアセンブリ技術を通して，生物系における「化学」の理解と利用について研究しています。研究ツールとして，様々な化学（物理化学，無機化学，分析化学，電気化学，生物化学，高分子化学など）を必要とします。
